At Fitness Wears Industries, we are committed to delivering premium-quality apparel manufactured with precision, modern production techniques, and strict quality control standards. Customer satisfaction remains our highest priority.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly and professionally.

  1. Accuracy Guarantee
  • If your order is delivered with the wrong product, incorrect sizing, fabric, printing, embroidery, or branding that does not match the approved specifications, we will offer:
    • A replacement,
    • A repair where applicable, or
    • A full or partial refund depending on the situation and customer preference.
  • If reproduction is not possible due to material availability or production limitations, an appropriate refund will be issued for the affected items.
  1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans and requirements may change.

Early Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of order confirmation, provided production has not started.
  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.

Orders in Production

  • Once fabric cutting, printing, embroidery, or stitching processes have started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • However, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests depending on the production stage.
  1. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refund processing is generally completed within 7–10 business days after final approval.
  1. Inspection & Processing
  • All returned products are carefully inspected at our facility in Sialkot to verify the reported issue.
  • Upon approval, the product may be:
    • Repaired,
    • Replaced, or
    • Refunded accordingly.
  1. Exchanges for Defective Items
  • Customers requesting an exchange instead of a refund should contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to fabric, color, and material availability.
  • If the original material is unavailable, we may offer:
    • A suitable replacement product, or
    • A refund based on mutual agreement.
  1. Important Notes
  • Return Time Limit: Returns and claims are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Custom Manufacturing: Most products are custom-manufactured according to customer specifications, branding, and sizing requirements.
  • Product Condition: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or prepared for resale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Policy Updates: Fitness Wears Industries reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Updated policies will be published through our official communication channels.
