- Payment Policy
Advance Payment
- A 50% advance payment is generally required to initiate bulk order production.
- Small orders, sample orders, or customized products may require 100% advance payment.
Remaining Balance
- The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment or according to the mutually agreed payment terms.
Payment Verification
- Production and shipping schedules are subject to successful payment verification.
- Quality Guarantee

If a verified manufacturing defect is identified, including:
- Faulty stitching
- Printing defects

the item may qualify for repair, replacement, or partial/full compensation according to our Refund & Return Policies.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided based on:

By submitting designs or branding materials, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use such content for manufacturing purposes.
- Limitation of Liability

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
- Customer-provided specification errors
- Improper use or handling of products after delivery
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total invoice value of the affected order.
